As an Inbound Travel Sales Specialist, you will drive growth through group tours and tailor-made VIP trips for the global market. Under our them

■Key Responsibilities

1.B2B Sales: Proactively develop new business with overseas travel managers and agencies. Identify client needs, design custom itineraries, and

collaborate with the internal operations team.

2.Operations Coordination: Instruct the arrangement team on travel plans, itineraries, and dining reservations. (Team communication is in Englis

h; Japanese tasks are supported by AI tools).

3.Client Hospitality: Welcome VIP clients upon arrival in Japan to build strong relations. (Actual tour guiding can be outsourced to professionals).

A diverse team of 8 members, including 2 from Iran.

■ Must-have

Inbound travel sales to Japan (10M JPY+ annual gross profit)

Business English & native Middle Eastern (e.g. Arabic, Persian) or SE Asian language

■ Nice-to-have

Excel proficiency (formulas/data management)
